ReTreaT cottage Boarding
Pups enjoy a stay-cation in our 7 bedroom cottage. Non-social care with grass between the toes play area & nature trails !
Daily room (no extra charge for more than 1 pup per room!!)
$60
1/2 day rate for drop offs after 4:00 and pick ups before 10:00.
Must have all current vaccinations and a pre-boarding behavioral evaluation.
Pre-boarding play stay
$20
1 hour behavioral evaluation no charge,
2-4 hour stay for evaluation if you have a nervous pup.
*we must have copies of current vaccinations prior to the evaluation*
General Boarding questions & Requirements
Vaccinations
- We must receive a copy PRIOR to the pre-boarding behavioral evaluation
- DAPP (a.k.a. DHPP) Vaccine
- Rabies Vaccine
- Leptospirosis Vaccine
- Bordetella (Sometimes Called Canine Kennel Cough) Vaccine
- Canine Influenza Virus (Dog Flu) Vaccine (not required but suggested)
We do accept Titer test results in lieu of annual vaccinations.
Titer tests are among the tools that can be used to help minimize the risks of both infectious diseases and unnecessary vaccinations. A Titer test is an antibody blood test that can tell you if a previous vaccine is still protecting your dog's immune system.
Temperament requirements
The only requirement is they not be dog reactive
What you should bring
Just like our children at camp bring their beds, blankets, bowls, treats, food and medications
Medications & Supplements
We are happy to keep them healthy we just need the administration requirements in writing from you.
Permission slip
We do need a signed document from Mom or Dad submitted to their veterinarian in case of emergency authorizing Kim's Pet Care to call or bring in their pup for treatment if needed.
Emergency contact
Your emergency contact will be verified prior to boarding to confirm their availability if they are needed.
